Definition
A project facilitating the people that are in charge of human resources departments to develop effective –not base on age limits- policies of personnel hiring.
Duration:
24 months, August 2006-July 2008
Objectives:
The mature@eu project aims at the provision of practical support so that all superstitions –which often happen during the hiring procedure- based on the age parameter, get surpassed. The project will allow human resources executive members to develop all necessary procedures for hiring personnel without age discriminations.
